Duracell – Fairburn, GA – 873,800 SF

Red Rock Developments is the master developer for Shugart Farms Phase I, a distribution development located along I-85 in south Fulton County, just 12 miles south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Given the growing momentum in the Atlanta industrial market, Red Rock did not hesitate to partner with Core5 Industrial Partners to develop a speculative building within Shugart Farms. During construction Duracell and its MHE partners, Sonoco and DHL, elected to lease the entire facility before completing the building. Red Rock completed the TI for Duracell consisting of office build-out, dock packages, and lighting.

Red Rock designed, developed, and constructed an 873,800-square-foot warehouse building that would accommodate almost any end-user. The building was designed with 7” floors over a 6” granular base, 32’ clear height, and ample truck parking and trailer storage.
