Leah Barker Bailey, SIOR
Senior Vice President of Leasing
As Senior Vice President of Leasing, Leah is responsible for overseeing the leasing and management of Red Rock’s office, industrial portfolio and the company’s build-to-suit program. Prior to Red Rock, Leah spent 18 years with Trinity Partners, one of the Carolinas leading brokerage firms. She leased millions of square feet for an impressive array of institutional owners including Principal, EPIC, DRA, Prudential, Shorenstein, Trizec and Triple Net.
Leah has been recognized with several awards and accolades over her career, including the largest office leasing transaction in Mecklenburg County for Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Twice she was in the top three of the Charitable Regional Commercial Board of Realtors’ (CRCBR) office leasing brokers. In 2014, Leah earned the CRCBR Committee Chair of the Year award for her outstanding service as membership committee chair. In 2004, the Junior League of Charlotte presented Leah with the Margaret A. Martin Spirit of the League award.
Leah has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Real Estate from Appalachian State University. Leah is very active in the community having held leadership roles with the Commercial Board of Realtors, SIOR Carolinas and the Junior League of Charlotte. Leah and her husband, Brad, have two daughters and are active members of Myers Park Presbyterian Church.
