Red Rock Developments’ Construction Is Underway on Their Second Speculative Building at Red Chip Farms in Pataskala, OH

Columbus, OH — Red Rock Developments is pleased to announce construction commencement at 7409 Mink Street at Red Chip Farms in Pataskala, OH. This 946,400 sq ft speculative facility is located on 83 acres and is on schedule to deliver in May 2024. The site is conveniently located in the Licking County submarket and just minutes off of I-70. This facility will offer state-of-the-art specifications including 40’ clear height, 156 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 210 trailer parking spaces (100 future), speculative office and 200’ truck courts.
