Reid Hofstetter
Vice President of Finance
As a member of Red Rock Developments, Reid’s primary focus is managing the financial operations of various real estate development projects and opportunities throughout their life cycle of development. This includes but is not limited to real estate financial modeling and underwriting for speculative, build-to-suit, and leasing opportunities, capital sourcing and capital management, project budget management, and financial reporting. Reid’s expertise in Excel Modeling drives his passion for innovation in the field of data and financial analysis, to which he leverages to Red Rocks’ advantage.
Reid is a licensed Broker in the state of South Carolina and received a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and Accounting and a Master’s in Real Estate Development (MRED), both from Clemson University. While at Clemson, Reid played for their collegiate-level lacrosse team, joyously beating the University of South Carolina in his final game as a student-athlete.
