This client’s primary objective was to obtain the most competitive operating costs and incentives possible. Assistance was provided by first developing a list of 25 key selection criteria followed by a thorough site selection analysis for all North and South Carolina options.

Next, a comprehensive analysis of operating costs and incentives for several locations was provided, giving 5, 10 and 15-year projections.

The location selected was for a greenfield site and over $1.5 million in infrastructure incentives were obtained. 

Assistance was provided with the selection of the design and construction teams, entitlement of the property and project management.

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
