Realizing that momentum was growing in the Atlanta industrial market, Red Rock did not hesitate to move forward on a speculative industrial development when approached by Core5 Industrial Partners, a new real estate investment firm anchored by seasoned, institutional professionals. Situated along I-85 in the City of Fairburn just 12 miles south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Red Rock’s Shugart Farms Lake Park Industrial provided a pristine canvas upon which to create the next great industrial development on Atlanta’s south side.

Red Rock and Core5 designed an 873,800 warehouse building that will accommodate almost any end user. The building is designed with 7” floors over 6” granular base, 32’ clear height and ample truck parking and trailer storage. While certain customary finishes were provided in the initial buildout, the TI and finished design of the building is at a stage to provide perspective tenant with the ability to custom design the interior space to suit their operational needs.

The facility is currently under construction with anticipated completion in the Summer of 2016.
