Lennox International/Allied Air Enterprises needed assistance with their corporate headquarters and research and development facility relocation. Other than a general geographic parameter, all options were to be put on the table. After presenting a detailed analysis of existing buildings and greenfield locations, the company picked a site in Columbia Airport Business Park.
