The site constraints of this project were very challenging, often seeming like a square peg/round hole situation— a large building and water feature situated on a small plot of land at the top of a hill. The challenge was to assist the owner with:

• establishing a budget,
  
• reviewing design recommendations,
  
• coordinating a bid process with several qualified general contractors,
  
• monitoring the construction schedule, and
  
• establishing the budget, and managing all proposed change orders.

With careful analysis and creative solutions, this project was carried through to completion resulting in a very impressive facility when viewed from the interstate below. 

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
