Belden Wire and Cable needed a facility to be completed under a fixed budget, however along with that budget came a big obstacle. Their initial site selection inflated site development costs, and therefore exceeded that budget.
- An alternate site was identified which resulted in a reduction of overall costs.
- As a result of the new site, additional state and local incentives were negotiated for Belden Wire and Cable.
In the end, all the client’s goals were achieved— at 15% less than budgeted.
