To ensure the site and buildings were designed as economically as possible without losing the high standards set by Crosland and Biltmore Farms, key cost and constructability studies early in the planning stages were essential in directing the design team. The greatest economic challenge for this project was most certainly the mountainous site. The team evaluated several retaining wall systems before recommending the final design for the 125,000 square feet of walls required to make this site ready for construction. 

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
