A Red Rock Development principal facilitated the complete design/build process of the Verizon Wireless Regional Corporate Headquarters.
Overall project coordination and integrated information from the developer, architects and key personnel from Verizon was a huge task considering the facility houses office space, data and call centers. A project this size generally requires a 14-month construction period, but by dividing the structure into two areas, the building was completed in just ten months by building “two buildings at once.”
