Completing the renovation of an existing 150,000-square-foot space for Time Warner Cable’s new Regional Information Center and Corporate Headquarters involved keeping the project costs to a minimum as well as providing solutions to manage the fast track schedule this project required.
By identifying and releasing long lead time items early in the project and prioritizing subcontractor selection to meet the critical path activities, the team was able to suggest and price a long list of cost savings options for the owner.
