Patewood VI

This five-story, multi-tenant building had to be constructed during a weather pattern influenced by El Niño. Despite the excessive rain, the schedule was maintained by controlling its biggest variable— the site.

A Red Rock principal stabilized the site by focusing on the early completion of parking lots and stoning the building’s perimeter. This meant the project experienced no “after storm” delays usually caused by mud at the site.

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
