This four-story office building serves as MetLife’s Regional Information Technology Center. A Red Rock principal provided leadership in the preconstruction process, as well as the overall project coordination, for both the shell and the interior.

The project schedule specified meant that the upfit had to be constructed simultaneously with the office building shell. The project team closely coordinated the work of its subcontractors to meet that schedule. 

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
