Architectural company, The LPA Group, needed more space to handle its growing business. The site selected in downtown Columbia was challenging. Providing key value engineering solutions, as well as planning to meet a tight deadline, were vital to the competition of this intown project. When an architectural firm selects someone to coordinate their own facility’s construction, their selection speaks volumes about their confidence in the vendor. 

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
