Carolina First Bank Technology Center Expansion

This project included a two-level addition to the existing single story structure. New offices and a call center were added to the existing ground level structure as well as the new basement level. New structures were constructed of an EIFS exterior which was to match the existing tilt wall structure. Many of the features that existed in the old facility were carried into the addition.

Preconstruction coordination was essential to maximize the transition between the old and new design. 

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
