This project was phased into five parts, including computer backup and monitoring systems; a call center; mortgage training areas; and corporate offices. Premium finishes were used on the interior of the building, including terrazzo floors, FRP columns, high-end millwork and 12-foot ceilings. Also, the boardroom was designed with pneumatically operated sliding doors and polyvision switchable glass. This was a premium project with a fast track schedule, which benefited from critical cost and constructability studies.
