Build-to-suit
125,000-square-foot manufacturing plant and office facility
Spartanburg, SC

Tyco Electronics
Electronics wanted to consolidate operations for its automotive assembly operation. As time was a critical factor, they looked for an existing building. They chose a 100,000-square-foot shell building already constructed.

Partnering with Pazdan-Smith, a Red Rock Developments principal worked with Tyco to understand their needs for a final product, as well as a construction schedule. A phasing sequence allowed Tyco to begin fabricating in Phase One within 30 days from the start of the project. Additional fabrication began after Phase Two was completed in 90 days and the Final Phase, the completion of the office space, was delivered in 120 days of the project start.

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
