Bosch Rexroth is a manufacturer and distributor of hydraulic pumps found in most construction equipment, ranging from bobcats to hydraulic cranes. The assessment of Bosch Rexroth’s needs included coordination with representatives from several of their facilities across the US.

The biggest challenge proved to be meeting Bosch Rexroth’s production schedule. Despite a rainy spring, the project met its schedule. Bosch Rexroth moved into their office area and was fully operational within six months. 

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
