Blue Cross Blue Shield needed a developer to work with the owner of a site which they had selected to structure a complex transaction whereby the landowner would also own the new facility to be built. Services included coordination of:

• lease negotiations,
• design,
• construction, and
• financing.

The result was a win-win transaction for both Blue Cross Blue Shield and the landowner.

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
