80,000-square-foot regional office facility 

Columbia, SC 

While in contention for a major federal contract, Blue Cross Blue Shield pre-negotiated the lease on the facility needed if the contract was awarded to them. When they received the contract, they were faced with hiring, training, hardware, furnishings, and developing the new facility. Blue Cross Blue Shield quickly eliminated one of their worries— the development of the new office facility. Services provided included:

• financing,
• permitting,
• design, and
• construction— all in less than five months.

Mission accomplished.
