Robb & Stucky of Fort Myers, Florida needed a new southeastern-based distribution facility for their high-end furniture. This project was straight forward, and so was the approach:
- evaluated sites based on site development issues, operating costs and incentives,
- managed contractor solicitations and selection, including interviews and negotiations,
- handled land acquisition and entitlements,
- provided project oversight from land acquisition to completion of new facility.
