Meridian Automotive Systems is a worldwide manufacturer of OEM components for GM, Ford, Volvo Truck and Freightliner. Meridian wanted to add a new production facility for automotive components. The scope of this project involved a multi-state search comparing logistics costs, labor and available buildings.

Over 30 sites were analyzed in North Carolina and South Carolina and over 2.5 million dollars in incentives were obtained, making the huge project possible for Meridian. 

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
