Advanced Drainage Systems, a large manufacturer of HDPE pipe, required a new manufacturing location to serve the Carolinas market. The requirement was for a 20-acre, rail-served site. Ultimately, the site selected required complete coordination of a road extension and rail spur to meet production schedule.
- assessed all available sites in search area,
- coordinated contractor selection and preliminary design,
- provided incentive analysis and negotiated final incentives, and
- coordinated rail spur implementation and site work.
The project was completed on time and ADS was so pleased they now use this project as a model facility.
