The legal and financial negotiations to develop this site with a REIT were complex, requiring management of two transactions at one time:

  • development of a regional office facility on a fee basis and,
  • coordination of a sale/lease of the completed facility to a Real Estate Investment Trust.

The new regional office facility was developed within the allotted eight months.

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
