Bill Smith has more than 25 years of commercial real estate development experience in the financing and development of single tenant properties, including 13 years as Chief Executive Officer and Founding Principal in Holmes Smith Developments. His primary focus at Red Rock will be single tenant development for industrial, office and retail properties for lease and speculative development in strategic locations. He has been involved in the creation of over 5 million square feet of office and industrial space.

David Cuda brings corporate banking, construction and economic development experience to the table for our clients. David's unique background includes seven years as Vice President of Bank of America's South Carolina Economic Development area, six years as Vice President of Marketing for Shelco General Contractors, South Carolina Operations, and four years as Vice President with Holmes Smith Developments. In these roles, David has been active in economic development initiatives to include the formation of The Upstate Alliance.

With over 7 years of investment banking experience, Brandon Smith contributes significant financing and underwriting expertise to the Red Rockplatform. As a member of Wachovia Securities' Real Estate Investment Banking Group, Brandon executed over 50 financing and advisory transactions representing over $20 billion in financing forpublic and private REITs, private real estate owners and corporate real estate subsidiaries. Brandon's transaction experience, including public debt and equity offerings, M&A/Going Private transactions, private placements and portfolio sales, will provide Red Rock with a diverse set of real estate finance skills to help maximize returns to investors.

Doug West has over 15 years of experience with Shelco General Contractors. He is known for his ability to take a customer's concept and define it from an economic perspective. His ability to integrate the technical aspects of a project with practical pricing realities gives Red Rock clients an advantage most development companies cannot offer.

John Barker, Jr., SIOR has been a commercial real estate professional for the last 15 years, providing companies with expertise in brokerage. Prior to his development career with Holmes Smith Developments and Kirco Development, John provided real estate services throughput the Southeast for Colliers Pinkard and John Barker Realty/Barker Corvus. John has completed several million square feet of development-related projects from build-to-suit and sale/leasebacks to construction program and project management.

Bill Bradshaw has been a successful businessman for over 20 years. He has owned and operated businesses in retail, sales and marketing, financial management and real estate. His real estate company focused on retail net lease development and land acquisition disposition. Bill will enhance Red Rock's business development team by adding an owner's perspective, as well as by bringing his business and professional relationships throughout the Carolinas and beyond.
