David Cuda Named President Red Rock Developments

Columbia, SC– David Cuda has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of Red Rock Developments, a commercial real estate development company headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina. He joins Bill Smith, Chief Executive Officer, Bill Amick, Chairman and Allen Smith, Vice Chairman of the newly formed company. As President, Cuda will drive Red Rock Developments operational functions.

Red Rock's initial focus will be on single tenant properties in the southeast. Their single tenant mix will include build-to-suit, sale/leaseback, acquisitions, fee and speculative development.
