CBRE and Red Rock Developments Begin Marketing and Development of the Midlands Technical College Enterprise Campus

CB Richard Ellis/Columbia, in conjunction with Red Rock Developments, is proud to announce that together they have begun to market and develop The Enterprise Campus at Midlands Technical College. The Columbia office is an affiliate of CB Richard Ellis, a Fortune 500 Company headquartered in Los Angeles. CBRE has over 300 offices and 29,000 employees, and is the world's largest commercial real estate services firm (in terms of 2007 revenue.)
Red Rock Developments is a local development firm headquartered in Columbia with a regional office in Charlotte, NC. Red Rock Developments' principals have over 10 million sq. ft. of commercial development and construction experience in office, industrial and retail space, representing over $400 million in value.
