Here’s an example of when concentrating on core competencies paid off. Fleet Mortgage asked developers to enter a very competitive bid process including several large firms. Efficient operations and low overhead costs secured the contract as the low bidder. Financing was difficult to orchestrate since the lease was to be short term and the building was to be located in a very rural business park. However, the project was a success because of aggressive and creative development strategies.

The project was developed or constructed by principals of Red Rock Developments prior to founding the company.
