Red Rock Developments is underway on a 201,450 square foot office and corporate headquarters building for Avidxchange, Inc. (AXC). AXC is a 20 year old company and Charlotte North Carolina’s  largest Software As A Service (“SaaS”) company employing over 300 people and processing over $3 billion transactions per month. With a core business line of helping companies automate their entire “payment” process from invoice receipt through payment execution (Payment Automation) and turn Accounts Payable into a “Profit Center.”

This project is building one of two that is anticipated in the next few years. Over 14 months while working with Louis Stephens, SIOR, CCIM of Jones Lange LaSalle, Tenant Representative for AXC, Red Rock and its design development construction team was able to successfully launch this new state of the art facility that will be completed in 2017. Red Rock along with The ARK Group will be developing the balance of the Avidxchange Music Factory site that will result in 600,000 square feet once fully developed.
